Catalyst Professional Services, Inc. is a medical staffing company dedicated to Federal service, with a focus on Army, Navy and Air Force facilities. Catalyst is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, with an office in Washington, DC. We currently deliver DOD medical staffing services from coast to coast in over fifteen states. We are dedicated to the perspective of the Medical Treatment Facility command and staff, the DOD beneficiary, and our providers.
Our Western Region Locums Tenens Contract provides short term service ranging from 90 days to 1 year. Physicians may choose to fill a position in its entirety or for a minimum of 90 days.

U.S. Citizenship and credentialing for Military Sites is required.
Candidates will complete a 40-hour work week consisting of an average 8-hour workday plus a 60 minute unpaid break. Clinic operating hours are typically 0730-1630 Monday through Friday. Hours may be modified during surge activities. Call is required for physicians and will average “one in four”. When on call the physician shall telephonically respond to a page or call within 15 minutes and, if necessary, return to the medical treatment facility within 30 minutes.
